Phil Lawrence - Partner

Phil specialises in residential development. He acts almost exclusively for house builders. His clients include some of the UK’s largest house builders, housing associations and other developers. Phil’s work includes complex mixed use developments, town centre regeneration schemes, collaboration agreements and conditional contracts. He has been heavily involved in a number of high profile schemes involving the public and private sectors. Such projects include the re-provision of the Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre in Camden and the regeneration of Feltham Town Centre.
