Richard Keen - Partner

Richard specialises in employment, housing and dispute resolution work. Richard is an experienced housing association litigator. He has dealt with thousands of possession actions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, ASBOs, and related Court actions for housing associations and local authorities. He has been involved in a number of high-profile Court cases. He also advises on general housing management issues and regularly lectures on housing management law.

Richard’s general dispute resolution work involves contractual and commercial matters, often involving high value transactions and international aspects. He is an experienced mediator of many commercial disputes and a regular speaker and lecturer.

Richard is recognised by Legal Chambers as a ‘Leader in his field’ and is quoted as being ‘highly professional, helpful and as giving astute recommendations’.
