Reena Sharma - Assistant Solicitor

Reena is an employment lawyer. She acts for both employers and employees and advises on all aspects of employment law.

She regularly advises employees on their compromise agreements.  She drafts or updates contracts of employment and company policies as well as preparing compromise agreements for employers. Reena also advises employers on disciplinary procedures and risk management to avoid litigation and potential claims
