Emma Williams - Assistant Solicitor

Emma Williams is a solicitor in our expanding Social Housing team. Emma acts for Registered Social Landlords on all commercial property transactions including the acquisition of sites for development, advising on infrastructure agreements, setting up leasehold schemes and providing general property advice.

Emma sits on the Committee for the London Chapter of the British/ Swiss Chamber of Commerce with particular responsibility for the promotion of younger members’ interests.

Personal
When not spending time with her young son, Emma is Chair of the Richmond Branch of the NCT. Emma also enjoys keeping fit, interior design, the theatre and cooking.
