Caroline Cowley - Partner

Caroline leads the Social Housing team at Owen White and advises clients on all aspects of housing management and landlord and tenant work. She is a litigator with exceptional experience of anti-social behaviour cases and particularly renowned for creating efficient and practical solutions to nuisance tenant situations.

She is a legal adviser to the Chartered Institute of Housing and regularly gives seminars and training to RSLs and Local Authorities. She is also a regular court advocate, and recognised by Legal Chambers as a ‘Leader in her field’ and described as knowledgeable in all aspects of tenancy enforcement with clients being quick to praise her general helpfulness and approachability. Caroline is a founding Committee member of the Social Housing Law Association.
