Nicola King - Assistant Solicitor

Nicola is a member of the Social Housing team. She is a litigator with experience in dealing with all manner of possession actions for housing associations including:

• rent arrears
• nuisance and anti-social behaviour (including injunctions and powers of arrest)
• unlawful subletting
• other breaches of tenancy
• giving up of joint tenancies
• trespassers
• accelerated procedures for ASTs

In addition, she advises on general housing management issues e.g. notices and succession rights. She is also a regular advocate in the County Court.
