Lynsey Smith - Assistant Solicitor

Lynsey joined Owen White as a trainee solicitor in September 2005 and has since gained experience in housing litigation, company and commercial law and commercial property. Having enjoyed litigation in her first and fourth seats as a trainee, Lynsey qualified into this area in September 2007.

Lynsey deals mainly with assisting Registered Social Landlords in resolving various housing issues including anti social behaviour and other breaches of tenancy agreements.
